Each Nevali piece is handmade with care. Delicate by nature, designed to be worn often and loved for years. To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:

1. Avoid Water & Chemicals

Whilst we use tarnish-free finishings, we still recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying lotions, perfume, or hair products.
Moisture and chemicals can dull the shine or cause tarnishing over time.

2. Store With Care

When not being worn, keep your pieces in their Nevali pouch or a jewellery box to prevent scratches and tangling.
Store them away from direct sunlight and humidity.

3. Clean Gently

Wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue.
Avoid harsh cleaning solutions or polishing cloths with chemicals, a gentle microfiber cloth works best.

4. Handle With Love

Our pieces are crafted using fine materials, we ask that you please handle them with care.
Avoid tugging on chains, bending metal, or dropping jewellery on hard surfaces.

5. Gold Fill & Sterling Silver Care

Gold Fill: Over time, the gold layer may naturally fade with wear. To prolong its life, store carefully and avoid contact with water or perfume.

6. Wear Often

Jewellery loves to be worn.
Regular wear helps prevent tarnish and keeps your pieces shining! Just remember to care for them as you go.
