As each Nevali piece is handmade with care, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we want you to love your jewellery! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@nevali.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

FAULTY ITEMS

If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it.
Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
