Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created, packed, and shipped.
During busy periods or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship via Australia Post or other reliable carriers.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to assist in locating them.
